Thieves steal Louis Vuitton designer bags and high-end jewellery in Bothwell home raid

Thieves have stolen Louis Vuitton bags and priceless sentimental items after robbing a Bothwell home.

Selfish yobs broke into the Lanarkshire property on Tuesday, September 22 sparking a police investigation.

They remain at large after running off with huge quantities of expensive jewellery and cash.

Now cops are appealing for information after jewellery including a diamond ring and pearl necklace vanished along with the designer gear.

They also pinched an antique gold ring with pearl diamond earrings, two links bracelets with charms, and a fossil watch.

The gold linked bracelet has “THOMAS” engraved on the bar.

There was also a large quantity of cash stolen.

A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: “Although the items stolen are of high monetary value, the sentimental value of the items heavily exceed the cost as items have been inherited through family or were presents for birthdays etc.

“We are asking anyone who may have information of this housebreaking or anyone who has been approached to by persons to buy similar items to contact 101 quoting “incident number 2437 or 22/09/20”.
